Participants agree to: No more than 4 players per bay Ensure all persons are clear of the swing area before swinging a golf club. Exercise reasonable care while using equipment. Follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines. Respect other users and neighboring businesses. Leave the Facility in clean condition. Please throw away your trash in the provided garbage cans Bring your own clubs This room is being recorded at all times The following are prohibited: Horseplay or unsafe conduct. Intentional misuse of equipment. Fighting, harassment, or threatening behavior. Possession or use of illegal substances. Vandalism or theft. Unauthorized access to restricted areas. 6A. MINORS Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian accept these Terms on their behalf. Minors using the Facility remain the responsibility of their parent, legal guardian, or supervising adult, who is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Facility rules and safety requirements. 6B. HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Participant represents that they are physically capable of safely participating in golf-related activities and voluntarily assume all risks associated with any pre-existing medical condition, illness, injury, or physical limitation. Participant agrees to discontinue participation immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, illness, or any condition that may affect their safety or the safety of others. 6C. FOOTWEAR Only clean athletic shoes or golf shoes with soft, non-metal spikes are permitted on simulator turf and hitting areas. Footwear that may damage Facility flooring or turf, including metal spikes or excessively dirty shoes, is prohibited. The Links Club reserves the right to remove or suspend any individual violating Facility rules.
