Hosting is Easy
ParSims is an online marketplace golfers use to find affordable golf simulators to book by the hour. Anyone who owns a simulator can list it on our platform.
Creating your account is easy and free. Describe your set up, set your availability, upload some good pics, and connect your bank account with Stripe.
Golfers find your sim on ParSims and request to book. You get an email with a booking request. You can see golfer reviews, chat with them, and feel comfortable before accepting a booking.
After bookings are requested and approved, payments are collected via our secure payment system prior to using your sim. Once a week, Stripe direct deposits your earnings minus our service fee into your bank account.

What are ParSims fees?
There is no monthly fee. We get paid when you get paid. We spilt bookings with you 80%/20%. The 20% we take helps us provide the value of this platform.
How do I get paid?
After you create your listing, you will be prompted to link your bank account with our payment processor, Stripe. Each week, you will receive a direct deposit into your bank account with your earnings.
Do I need to provide a restroom?
Providing access to a restroom is not required. If no restroom access is available, we recommend letting golfers know when they book so they can plan ahead.
Do I have to host all the time?
No! You control 100% when your sim is or is not available. Host as often or as little as you prefer.
Do I have to be home?
This is completely up to you. Hosts typically like to meet their golfers the first time they book. You can have your interaction with golfers be as much or as little as possible.
Any tips for being successful?
We will send you an email when you create your listing with host best practices. We will also be there every step of the way to help you succeed.
