    Kaleb was very patient and considerate. I was not able to meet Kaleb in person as my normal job got on the way. I explained the situation to Kaleb and asked him to contact me if there was any issue. The sim was not tracking Kaleb’s shots when he first got in the sim. He contacted me and I walked him thru the process to restart the system. I would have him back anytime he would like to use the sim.
